What a beautiful island and what a beautiful place to dive. I ended up diving with the Gili Divers because I was staying right next to the dive shop. But as it turned out I made a very good choice. The dive shop was well organised - super friendly and entertaining staff - we had lots of good laughs. The diving is absolutely superb - I did hear lots about the Gili islands before and finally had the time to go and see for myself. I liked the set up of the Gili Divers - you do not really need to make a reservation - you go to the dive shop - check when and where is the boat going and off you are diving. For most dive sites the boat ride is only 15 minutes. If you are a really keen diver - and don't like to just sit on the beach - like me - this is really good - made most of the days 4 dives. And best of all - the more you dive the cheaper it gets. Any time again - all the thanks to the Gili Divers - came as a stranger - left as a fiend.

I was just now in Gili Trawangan. I did a lot of diving. I decided to do only one but I got hooked. It was a nice atmosphere in the dive center so I spend a lot of time there. I also stayed 3 nights in there new hotel. I stayed until my visa run out and coz i had a ticket to Phuket I had to go. I had been recommended by Gili Divers to go to Merlin Divers in Kamala and super glad that I did. Again, nice atmosphere. I went diving with them and they helped me to book a similan tirp. That was supernice. My next thing on the list is Komodo. I will book with Gili Divers coz they have a boat that Goes from Gili Trawangan for 7days and 8 Nights and also returns to Gili Trawangan. That will probobly be in a month or so. Just going to Phi Phi Island to check out pp scuba diving center. Love n it!!!
