The South West Rocks Dive Centre is family owned and operated and has been conducting charter dives to Fish Rock and surrounding areas since 1980 when it was first established by Noel Hitchins.
Peter and Kevin Hitchins now own and operate the dive centre after taking over from their father and are the most experienced divers in the area. You can be assured Peter and Kevin know the local conditions and dive sites thouroughly as they have grown up in the area and dived the sites for the past 18 years.
The South West Rocks Dive Centre is highly regarded for their professional dive services throughout the dive industry. Our aim is to give you the best diving experience while providing the best service possible! Our staff are highly experienced and trained to ensure that your dives are not only safe, but great fun as well!

I could not find anything wrong with this operation. The guys were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I had a great time even though the viz and weather were not at its best. The site is fantastic! Big big grey nurse sharks, lots of fish and end of june we had a few humpbacks wave to us in the boat. The climax was the cave of course! Much more interesting than I had suspected. Lots of crustaceans and wobbiegongs go bump in the dark. Almost swallowed my reg!! I don't see the cave dive being suitable for beginners unless you are very confident and have great buoyancy control.
The cost is reasonable seeing as you are in a small town with no crowds and besides a couple of fishing boats, we were the only ones out there. I paid about $125 for 2 boat dives plus $30 for equipment hire.
If you're passing by, don't pass this up. Worth the time and the money!
