DescriptionAwesome and diversified dive sites: diving in Mergui Archipelago, off the West coast of Myanmar (also known as Burma) is an amazing experience especially for experienced divers.
The sites are very diverse with caves, plateaux, soft and hard corals very divers macro life (Harlequin Shrimps, lobsters, nudis, ghost pipe fish, seahorses, Frog fish are found on every trip! Swim-through, pinnacles, islands, soft coral, hard coral make dramatic setting . Small stuff: harlequin shrimps, spanish dancers, ghost pipe fish, frog fish etc.. make lovely pictures Big stuff: whale sharks, mantas, eagle rays... the wow factor bonus. Western Rocky, Shark Cave, Black Rock, Seafan forest, North Twin are some of the best dive sites I have ever dove. Camille from thesmilingseahorse. One of the big pros is that quite often you will be the only dive group in the water and there are some sites like Fan Forest with beautiful corals. There are also sites with decent macro: shrimp, nudis etc.
