Dear Myriam,

It seems you have been mislead in the information received,

so let me give you a proper feedback about a day diving with blue horizon

We arrived by our own on the Pier and received as a welcome from the dive master Thierry : « it is the red boat on the right hand side»
we asked if we can park the motorbike on the pier and received the answer : no we re fed up with them (scooter) we throw them at sea

What a nice 5 first minutes !

We installed ourself in the boat, and receive the basic information about the boat , its facilities and the day in general

all the « CLIENTS » as called by the dive master stay alone upstairs during 60 minutes, time of the transfer

5 minutes before arriving at the first dive we receive a briefing on the dive and the fish we might see by thierry

we go down to put the gear on and we receive, hold on we ‘re going to check the visibility

we receive an ok and have a dive with a small two meters visibility but we can imagine the area is pretty nice and quite fishy
It is quite disappointing, but mother nature commands

but diving there really does not have any interest, so why giving an ok after a 5 minutes check

So we say : it is a pity, anyway if there is not a MUCH better visibility we do not want to dive the second dive
We asked where are we going and we received the college of dive master is going to decide

we have lunch, one of the worst memory of mankind can recall on a boat in Thailand. What a pity, it is so easy doing something simple with taste.
It is true that with BB Divers and others we took very bad habits But At that point !, you even managed to buy pineapple without any taste. With the best willingness I would be unable to find a place in Thailand to buy them !

As you might have noticed 85% of the food was untouched, may be doing better and less might have some sense !

Anyway, we re not in a restaurant, but actually we think it would be better to say bring your own food ( and water !!! )

Second dive

we asked again, is the visibility better
we received a YES , about 8 meters

this time we have not had any briefing, none explanation
and nobody had dare climbing the stairs to see the CLIENTS
except one, a swiss with a white polo. This might be the reason he was joked by the others

we jumped at sea and ask where we are going and received a « over there follow me »

visibility even worse and about no fish, just running after a bored dive master in order not to loose him within 1/2 meters visibility

after 45 minutes of this exhausting race, we went up

the routine got back in place, dive masters chatting downstairs, the client upstairs
ahhh just a moment a chief dive master went up to ask for « tips »
and the same swiss chatting with a couple of divers

what a joke!

so no, the problem was not the visibility
but clearly we do not have the same idea about diving, about managing a business and interaction with a client

it is sad because we actually changed our plan on the advises on Kristel from BBDIVERS to dive with you
we found an accommodation just to be close to your dive center

we have never felt so humiliated in a dive center, we can accept everything about visibility
but lies we cant
people who even don’t talk with you
who consider you as a luggage to move within an area during 45 minutes


On the payment issue, we clearly expressed on a written form we dont and cant pay in cash

so you told us to open an account on transferwise : stupid of us we did it

(imagine one minute if each dive center ask you to comply with a different way of payment)


we ask you to pay this amazing day wasted and receive from your part

I do not want to be paid by transferwise anymore (account on transferwise we opened for you)

I want now Paypal but you have to pay me 5 percent more


is it really a joke ?


may be we are in the wrong part of Thailand ?
with the wrong dive center ?

we do not know, but what a pity doing and running a business like that

First im very sorry if the visibility was bad.. I dont want to argue with you because i know my staff and since 4 years everybody is always happy with my staff and my services.
Regarding the boat and the food, its not my boat. We are sharing a boat with other dive schools. So im not the one who buy food or not tasty pineapple.. Im very sorry if you did not like the food. Even if you are the only one who complained , I will have a word with the actual owner of the boat.
Regarding transferwise, its a new way to transfer the money that i recently discovered. I made a mistake you can actually transfer to my thai account with transferwise. I just cannot transfer from a thai account.. anyway you can use transferwise:

We know well Thailand diving. Viz is changing a lot according to seasons due to rainy season and currents. So it is a matter of luck and no one can really predict it. Even with a low viz you still can see different fauna and flora and anyway it is a good opportunity to work more on your orientation and buoyancy.
As for the food we are not surprised, simply because you cannot expect much on such boat. You will have average food.
Last but not least we always insist for the diver to check seriously few parameters: are the boat own by the dive centers, are the staffs stable or just seasonal staff, oxygen tank on the boat?, distance from first deco chamber. Be informed !
