At Oceans 5 there are no problems, no task to small or big. I have seen useless first timers turn to accomplished advanced and rescue divers. Phill and the team took me from Open water to Divemaster in no time at all. I was never rushed nor did i do anything i was not capable of. They made me feel very comfortable in the water and out of it. You couldn't wish for a better company to dive with. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, you can have a laugh and a joke with the boat boys on the way to a dive or relax after a dive with a coffee served by Handsome Barry.
After spending a lot of time at the Gili Islands I got to see the other dive shops, how they work and their facilities, none of which can compete with Oceans 5. They have a very large pool right next to the equipment room. All of the equipment is of a very high standard and new. The boats are all ways parked right out the front of the resort, whether its high or low tide (not many of the other dive shops can offer this, meaning you could have to walk a distance with your equipment).
I logged nearly 100 dives with Oceans 5 so I got to know them very well and see how they treat customers. Its always the same, with care and respect. Safety is always first priority and no corners are ever cut.
