What Big Blue lacks in ocean doorstep tropical dive sites it make up for with fantastic inland lake sites. The best of these is Qiandao Lake, where divers can explore an ancient sunken walled city with 1800yrs of history. There are not many places in the world that can offer this type of challenging diving experience. Complete with ornately sculptured archways, intact walls and houses and unexplored lanes and alleyways, this site is just waiting for the adventurous diver.
BIG BLUE Scuba Diving is Shanghai's premiere dive facility, providing professional diving training, overseas diving trips, adventure tours, retail dive equipment and corporate team-building services. We also offer up to date diving information via our newsletters and website every month.
Big Blue has over 500 members from all over the world. Every Big Blue scuba Instructor is fully accredited with either PADI or NAUI, and is trained in both Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid). We are also members of the China Underwater Association (CUA). Big Blue promotes environmental awareness and new dive locations through travel and events for divers who want to train and experience dive sites around the world!
