Absolutly the best service i ever had in a dive center. Oceans 5 offered me amazing dives with caring staff. I am always nervous for my first dives in a holiday but oceans 5 offered me a 1 on 1 guided dive. Stay in their bungalows, they are really nice design and beautiful view over the ocean. I stayed in more expensive places that are not even half as nice as their bungalows..

A fantastic time at oceans 5. we stayed for a week and didnt want to leave. wonderful staff, very helpful and knowlegable. great facilities, lots of safety equipment and all brand new equipment.

really enjoyed our time there diving with oceans 5, saw lots of incredible things underwater and even saw a wonderpuss. the dve guide we had, mr Stif was by far and away the best guide we have dived with. on our first dive we saw the wonderpuss, seahorse, pipefish and frogfish.

the accomodation was really nice, with aircon, satellite tv and great views over the 25mt pool.

highly recommend anyone going to Gili Air to dive with Oceans 5.

At Oceans 5 there are no problems, no task to small or big. I have seen useless first timers turn to accomplished advanced and rescue divers. Phill and the team took me from Open water to Divemaster in no time at all. I was never rushed nor did i do anything i was not capable of. They made me feel very comfortable in the water and out of it. You couldn't wish for a better company to dive with. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, you can have a laugh and a joke with the boat boys on the way to a dive or relax after a dive with a coffee served by Handsome Barry.
After spending a lot of time at the Gili Islands I got to see the other dive shops, how they work and their facilities, none of which can compete with Oceans 5. They have a very large pool right next to the equipment room. All of the equipment is of a very high standard and new. The boats are all ways parked right out the front of the resort, whether its high or low tide (not many of the other dive shops can offer this, meaning you could have to walk a distance with your equipment).
I logged nearly 100 dives with Oceans 5 so I got to know them very well and see how they treat customers. Its always the same, with care and respect. Safety is always first priority and no corners are ever cut.

I had a fantastic time at Oceans 5. I did my open water and advanced courses overthere. My instructor, Phil, is one of the patiencest instructors. He was great with me and i should recommend him to everyone. The dive shop is brand new, so the equipoment, tanks and boat are only a few months old. I loved to play volleyball after the dive with th local boys.
